From lesson planning, curriculum design, and professional development, we want to empower you. We encourage our teachers to develop their own curriculum based on their background and interests.

Leading lessons is a lot of work, and we believe teachers should be compensation fairly for that work. Teachers can expect a base of $25 an hour, 10 min paid prep per hour taught, and profit sharing based on experience and time with the organization.
